A Gospel for All

Have you ever been discriminated against?  Maybe as a young person, none of the team captains in gym class wanted to choose you to be on their dodgeball team because you weren’t very athletic.  Maybe you were ostracized by others because of the color of your skin.  Perhaps you were laughed at because you had a handicap or spoke with a lisp.  Or, you may have been denied coverage by the insurance company because of a pre-existing condition.  Discrimination never feels good.

Thankfully, the gospel is not discriminatory!  God is an equal opportunity giver of life to all who believe in His Son Jesus Christ.  It doesn’t matter what your socio-economic class, how rich or poor you are, what ethnicity you may be, the color of your skin or hair, whether or not you are popular or shunned, if you are a white-collar or blue-collar worker, how old you are, how accomplished you may be, how broken your body or spirit – the Gospel of Jesus Christ is for YOU!

Join us Sunday morning as we continue our new sermon series: Unpacking Easter: A Study of the Book of Galatians.  Sunday’s message “Gospel Power!” will remind us that the gospel is for everyone – that God’s heart is for all humanity whether Jew or Greek, male or female, boss or employee.  The Judaizers were skeptical of Paul.  Yet Paul boldly defends the power of the gospel of Jesus with three compelling reasons.  May your heart be open to receiving the gospel of Jesus Christ this Sunday!

Worship begins at 10:00 AM with a blended style of worship, including traditional hymns and contemporary songs.  The message is sure to challenge and inspire you.  The worship will lift your soul and encourage your heart.  Warm friends will greet you.  Children’s Church is provided for little ones.  The Discovery Class will meet following worship for all inquirers.  Men will gather for prayer.  Refreshments will be served.  Please come experience another Spirit-filled Sunday at Grace Church!
